Processing Times

• Ready to Ship: Most orders are packed and shipped within [e.g., 2–4] business days.

• Made to Order: If you’ve caught us during a new product launch or a busy holiday season, please allow up to [e.g., 5–7] business days for your order to be poured and cured.

• I’ll always send you a tracking number as soon as your package hits the mail!

The "Soy in Summer" Note (Weather Policy)

Since my candles are made of 100% natural soy wax, they are sensitive to extreme heat. During the summer months, I recommend retrieving your package from your porch or mailbox as soon as it arrives to prevent any softening or melting. I typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays during heatwaves to ensure your candles don't sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is officially in its new home. If you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you have any trouble, reach out to me and I’ll do my best to help you track it down!
