If you aren’t completely happy with your candle, I offer a 100% refund of the purchase price.

How it works:

  • The "Test Drive": To qualify for a refund, I ask that the candle be burned for less than 2 hours. This gives you enough time to experience the scent while ensuring the product is returned in a condition that I can still evaluate for quality.

  • Reach Out: If the scent isn't for you, just send me an email at [Your Email] within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order.

  • Send it Home: Once we chat, simply ship the candle jar back to me. This helps me inspect the product and ensures I’m meeting my high fragrance standards.

  • The Refund: As soon as I receive the jar, I’ll process your full refund immediately to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, but I’ll handle the rest!

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives broken or damaged during its journey to you, please take a photo and let me know right away. I’ll send out a replacement immediately—no need to ship broken glass back to me!
